Carlos Rivera-Galvan
 

Carlos is a Detroit native has been working with dogs for about a year and a half having started his work at Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit. There, he was able to continue his work and understanding of dogs, refine his skills and gain more confidence each and every day. He continues to improve and make strides not for his own sake, but to impact the lives of animals any way he can.

 

He is currently a student at Michigan State University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy on top of his improvement of animal behavior and dog training. Under the guidance of our lead trainers and as he continues to reside in the downriver area; you will see Carlos either working to find furever homes for the dogs at FAMD or outreaching to the downriver communities to help your neighborhood pets be on their best behavior.
